Faustas Rinkevičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Simonas Sutkus made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Forest Power's Gvidas Mišeikis got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 16th minute, Feliksas Galinis made a precise shot to the right of Simonas Sutkus. Forest Power's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 21st minute, Miglius Bitė reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Simonas Sutkus. The goal made the score 2-1. A collision led to Forest Power getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Vygandas Daugirdas hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Albertas Avelis took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Simonas Sutkus to make any attempt to save it. Irmantas Zaleckas kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Zigmantas Diržys hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Simonas Sutkus was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Feliksas Galinis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Feliksas Galinis really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Faustas Rinkevičius made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Faustas Rinkevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simonas Sutkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, FK Medziukai's Feliksas Galinis made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simonas Sutkus was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Benas Puščius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Forest Power's Irmantas Zaleckas got a free kick in the 70th minute. Zigmantas Diržys's late challenge caught a FK Medziukai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simonas Sutkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliksas Galinis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the FK Medziukai players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
