Faustas Rinkevičius who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Jonas Grigutis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. FC LORD-Racing's Arvydas Liaugminas got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FK Medziukai's Ramūnas Mastavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvydas Liaugminas in the 16th minute of play. If Saulius Tulčius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FK Medziukai getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Drąsutis Balnis hit a great ball. FK Medziukai's Ramūnas Mastavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgaras Patamsis in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saulius Tulčius in the 41st minute of play forced FK Medziukai's goalkeeper Ramūnas Mastavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustas Rinkevičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jonas Grigutis made a huge save. The FK Medziukai players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC LORD-Racing were winning 0-2.

57 minutes into the match, FK Medziukai's goalkeeper Ramūnas Mastavičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgaras Patamsis. Ramūnas Mastavičius was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Saulius Tulčius capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saulius Tulčius really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Ramūnas Mastavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgaras Patamsis in the 65th minute of the match. Jonas Grigutis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustas Rinkevičius in the 67th minute of play. FK Medziukai's Faustas Rinkevičius got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Sedeni hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jonas Grigutis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miglius Bitė, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When Osvaldo Sedeni fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC LORD-Racing's protests and gave Osvaldo Sedeni a yellow card for diving instead. Albertas Avelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Sedeni kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Saulius Tulčius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramūnas Mastavičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC LORD-Racing's Edgaras Patamsis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramūnas Mastavičius. That made the score 0-4 after 87 minutes of play. Ramūnas Mastavičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgaras Patamsis went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 97th minute, Osvaldo Sedeni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FK Medziukai fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC LORD-Racing were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
