The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Lomeikiskiai's Sikstas Būlis got control of the ball when Benediktas Narkūnas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardas Malakauskas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sikstas Būlis. Lomeikiskiai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jaunius Buožius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rokas Gegeckas in the 11th minute of the match. Jaunius Buožius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rokas Gegeckas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benediktas Narkūnas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sikstas Būlis made a huge save. When Lomeikiskiai's Rokas Gegeckas in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC BE1 SC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Lomeikiskiai booed when FC BE1 SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 29th minute Ligitas Alzbutas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sikstas Būlis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rokas Gegeckas took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaunius Buožius. Jaunius Buožius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rokas Gegeckas might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaunius Buožius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rokas Gegeckas ran back to his position shaking his head. Agnius Gerulskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC BE1 SC's goalkeeper Jaunius Buožius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agnius Gerulskis in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaunius Buožius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agnius Gerulskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rokas Gegeckas made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Ligitas Alzbutas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BE1 SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ligitas Alzbutas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC BE1 SC's zone, Rokas Gegeckas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaunius Buožius came out of the goal and Rokas Gegeckas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sikstas Būlis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ligitas Alzbutas in the 65th minute of the match. The Lomeikiskiai fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Lomeikiskiai's Rokas Gegeckas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 83 minutes, Rokas Gegeckas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomeikiskiai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rokas Gegeckas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaunius Buožius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aras Gedrimas in the 93rd minute of play. Lomeikiskiai's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
