Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Modestas Bložė made the kick off which started today's match. Naglis Dilda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilius Čiuzas in the 6th minute of play. Legionas's Girkantas Bikas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Legionas from getting a goal against them. Vilius Čiuzas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herkus Alčauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herkus Alčauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes Azhulauke got a freekick which was hit by Herkus Alčauskas. Girkantas Bikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramūnas Kavaliūnas in the 22nd minute of play. Faustão Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Robertas Burkys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Girkantas Bikas made a huge save. After 27 minutes of play, Legionas's Vilius Čiuzas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naglis Dilda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Naglis Dilda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilius Čiuzas in the 30th minute of the match. Girkantas Pukelis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 32nd playminute. Girkantas Bikas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robertas Burkys in the 34th minute. After 36 played minutes Azhulauke got a freekick which was hit by Astijus Alesius. When Vidas Gaidamavičius fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azhulauke's protests and gave Vidas Gaidamavičius a yellow card for diving instead. Ramūnas Kavaliūnas scored 2-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Girkantas Bikas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramūnas Kavaliūnas to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Modestas Bložė managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legionas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modestas Bložė was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Girkantas Pukelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Girkantas Bikas having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Legionas got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Paraíba. In the 69thth minute of the game Girkantas Pukelis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legionas's Girkantas Bikas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 played minutes Legionas got a freekick which was hit by Vilius Čiuzas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vilius Čiuzas during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Legionas getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Vilius Čiuzas hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, Azhulauke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinaras Gimbutas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertas Burkys in the 86th minute of play forced Legionas's goalkeeper Girkantas Bikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Ramūnas Kavaliūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 91st minute of the match Vidas Gaidamavičius completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vidas Gaidamavičius a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd minute, Vidas Gaidamavičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robertas Burkys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Girkantas Bikas having to interfere. Azhulauke walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
