Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ruska's Beržas Vitkauskas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Sigitas Tulčius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Laumakai's Ernestas Balandis got a free kick in the 7th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldas Janonis during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Laumakai getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Haroldas Janonis hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Vismantas Palčiauskas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lukas Pastoraitis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Laumakai's goalkeeper Lukas Pastoraitis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agatas Ragėnas. In the 16th minute Sigitas Tulčius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vakaris Bagdonas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Laumakai booed when Ruska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantinas Kimbartas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ruska's Jonas Zuoza got a free kick in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sigitas Tulčius in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vakaris Bagdonas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Ruska defense, Sigitas Tulčius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vakaris Bagdonas. The Ruska fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vakaris Bagdonas should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sigitas Tulčius to make the kick off. Sigitas Tulčius took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vakaris Bagdonas. Vakaris Bagdonas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Sigitas Tulčius came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Laumakai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigitas Tulčius couldn't finish the play. The corner ended in Justas Tautkus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laumakai's Lukas Pastoraitis did a great save. After 84 minutes, Airūnas Ulčinas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laumakai and the Ruska players grew even worse after the yellow card. The throw-in from Jonas Zuoza in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Laumakai's Daugirdas Satkus. 90 minutes into the match, Laumakai's goal looked a bit too open when Romas Kazakevičius came free, but Lukas Pastoraitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Agatas Ragėnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Pastoraitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vakaris Bagdonas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigitas Tulčius in the 95th minute of the match. Lukas Pastoraitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beržas Vitkauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Laumakai's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
