When Valdas Ivanauskas came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC Scuderia Ferrari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdas Ivanauskas couldn't finish the play. Hubertas Miežys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Benjaminas Eigirdas made a huge save. Jotautas Diršė fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjaminas Eigirdas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Scuderia Ferrari's Eleazar Vial got a free kick in the 27th minute. Hubertas Miežys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Deividas Butkus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vismantas Niauronis. Vilkenai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deividas Butkus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liudas Pocius, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Benjaminas Eigirdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jotautas Diršė in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of FC Scuderia Ferrari booed when Vilkenai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eigirdas Damušis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Liudas Pocius to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Vilkenai booed when FC Scuderia Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deividas Butkus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, FC Scuderia Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Jotautas Diršė came free, but Benjaminas Eigirdas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjaminas Eigirdas came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Vilkenai's Liudas Pocius. But to his dismay, Liudas Pocius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Hubertas Miežys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Scuderia Ferrari's Benjaminas Eigirdas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jotautas Diršė in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, FC Scuderia Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dangiras Sviderskis to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deividas Butkus during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Vilkenai booed when FC Scuderia Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deividas Butkus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjaminas Eigirdas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jotautas Diršė went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liudas Pocius, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Vilkenai's goal looked a bit too open when Deividas Butkus came free, but Vismantas Niauronis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vismantas Niauronis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
