Aras Pocevičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arvydas Voveris went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Nerijus Užpalis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aras Pocevičius having to make a save. 26 minutes into the game, Darius Pipiras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rokas Simutis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arvydas Voveris's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aras Pocevičius firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Saltiniai defense, Arvydas Voveris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aras Pocevičius. The Saltiniai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aras Pocevičius should have stopped the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darius Pipiras made a kick off. The supporters of Saltiniai booed when FBK Radailiai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vytaras Gendvila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Arvydas Voveris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. When Ligitas Motiekaitis came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the FBK Radailiai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ligitas Motiekaitis couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Arvydas Voveris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FBK Radailiai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Saltiniai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. After having played for 82 minutes, Ligitas Motiekaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FBK Radailiai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ligitas Motiekaitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 minutes, Vytaras Gendvila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FBK Radailiai and the Saltiniai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Arvydas Voveris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FBK Radailiai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1.
