In the 3rd minute, Ričardas Karalius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Aznaro in the 8th minute of the match. Benjaminas Eigirdas made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Laimonas Alminas sent off a good shot on target. Eleazar Vial's late challenge caught a FC KOMETA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleazar Vial helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC KOMETA booed when FC Scuderia Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleazar Vial didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, FC KOMETA's Benjaminas Eigirdas threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Aznaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kęstutis Karaliūnas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gwidon Majerowicz. FC KOMETA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Scuderia Ferrari's Gytis Radžius got a free kick in the 17th minute. FC KOMETA's Hubertas Kaščiukaitis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Benjaminas Eigirdas but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deividas Butkus in the 20th minute of play forced FC KOMETA's goalkeeper Gwidon Majerowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Zarando Palma got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benjaminas Eigirdas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, FC Scuderia Ferrari's Benjaminas Eigirdas got control of the ball when Zarando Palma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjaminas Eigirdas made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Laimonas Alminas sent off a good shot on target. Benjaminas Eigirdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Aznaro in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, FC Scuderia Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Aznaro came free, but Benjaminas Eigirdas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjaminas Eigirdas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laimonas Alminas in the 29th minute of play forced FC Scuderia Ferrari's goalkeeper Benjaminas Eigirdas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Aznaro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Laimonas Alminas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Zarando Palma made the kick off in the second half. Benjaminas Eigirdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardas Ginevičius in the 54th minute of play. Benjaminas Eigirdas came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC KOMETA's Laimonas Alminas. But to his dismay, Laimonas Alminas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 62 minutes of play, FC KOMETA's Zarando Palma made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjaminas Eigirdas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Gabrielius Juknevičius dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gwidon Majerowicz, 4-1. Benjaminas Eigirdas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Aznaro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Benjaminas Eigirdas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Scuderia Ferrari's Benjaminas Eigirdas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laimonas Alminas in the 80th minute of play. Zarando Palma scored 6-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjaminas Eigirdas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC KOMETA's Regimantas Pažarauskas was substituted for Hubertas Kaščiukaitis. FC KOMETA's Rūtenis Genys was substituted for Robertas Pigulevičius. FC KOMETA made a substitution. Gvidonas Gidreika replaced Laimonas Alminas. Zarando Palma took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjaminas Eigirdas. Benjaminas Eigirdas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Gvidonas Gidreika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjaminas Eigirdas having to interfere. FC Scuderia Ferrari's Benjaminas Eigirdas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarando Palma in the 93rd minute of play. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gvidonas Gidreika, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gvidonas Gidreika in the 95th minute of play forced FC Scuderia Ferrari's goalkeeper Benjaminas Eigirdas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Aznaro took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjaminas Eigirdas. Benjaminas Eigirdas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC KOMETA fully deserved thier win.
