Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Darius Pipiras made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, FK Alytis's Rokas Pranys got a free kick in the 4th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Tolvaiša in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aras Pocevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aras Pocevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rokas Pranys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Rokas Pranys made a precise shot to the right of Aras Pocevičius. Saltiniai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Rokas Pranys notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Saltiniai's Aras Pocevičius. Aras Pocevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the match, Saltiniai's goal looked a bit too open when Rokas Pranys came free, but Aras Pocevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saltiniai's Ignas Cieška got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Rokas Pranys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aras Pocevičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Aras Pocevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vygandas Paškevičius in the 20th minute of play. After 22nd play minutes Tomas Tolvaiša shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Aras Pocevičius and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 25th match minute, Saltiniai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignas Cieška to maneuver through the defense. The FK Alytis fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when FK Alytis's Tomas Tolvaiša looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aras Pocevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rokas Pranys in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, FK Alytis's Vladas Martinaitis got control of the ball when Vincentas Dačys tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saltiniai's Agatas Akelis got a free kick in the 37th minute. Saltiniai's Aras Pocevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alatz Fresnos in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FK Alytis's Rokas Pranys got a free kick in the 39th minute. 0-6 became the score in the 44th minute when Tomas Tolvaiša elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rokas Pranys was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tomas Tolvaiša notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Saltiniai's Aras Pocevičius. Aras Pocevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aras Pocevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rokas Pranys in the 55th minute of play. FK Alytis:s Vladas Martinaitis showed great skill when he stopped Darius Pipiras:s penalty. After 63 minutes FK Alytis's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Darius Pipiras who took care of the corner kick. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by FK Alytis's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Darius Pipiras was slow to take the kick. During this time Saltiniai's players had a chance to rest. Vincentas Dačys charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vincentas Dačys the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Saltiniai got a freekick which was hit by Vincentas Dačys. Aras Pocevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vygandas Paškevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ovidijus Rapalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aras Pocevičius made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Tomas Tolvaiša sent off a good shot on target. The FK Alytis fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when FK Alytis's Tomas Tolvaiša looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 83 minutes into the match, Saltiniai's goalkeeper Aras Pocevičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Tolvaiša. FK Alytis were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Saltiniai's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alatz Fresnos took the corner. The corner led FK Alytis's Alatz Fresnos to fire away a dangerous shot which Aras Pocevičius despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Saltiniai getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Rokas Genčiauskas hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the game, FK Alytis's Tomas Tolvaiša nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aras Pocevičius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. A collision led to Saltiniai getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Rokas Genčiauskas hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Saltiniai's zone, Tomas Tolvaiša stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aras Pocevičius came out of the goal and Tomas Tolvaiša tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded FK Alytis left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Saltiniai.
