Spectators: 9167 (Terracing: 6877, Seating: 2108, VIP seats: 182) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daugirdas Burneika kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Zigmas Boruta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dangiras Labuckas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simonas Šidlauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daugirdas Burneika in the 7th minute of play forced FC KOMETA's goalkeeper Efraim Morais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robertas Aponavičius hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Efraim Morais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daugirdas Burneika in the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Zigmas Boruta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KOMETA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zigmas Boruta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Regimantas Pažarauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Regimantas Pažarauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Royal Club Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Regimantas Pažarauskas came free, but Dangiras Labuckas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC KOMETA's Zigmas Boruta got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simonas Šidlauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dangiras Labuckas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dangiras Labuckas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simonas Šidlauskas's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Rūtenis Genys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zigmas Boruta struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Dangiras Labuckas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC KOMETA. 36 minutes into the match, Simonas Šidlauskas notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas. Dangiras Labuckas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vismantas Minkevičius kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Zigmas Boruta made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daugirdas Burneika during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Royal Club Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Daugirdas Burneika. 45 minutes into the match, Zigmas Boruta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dangiras Labuckas. Royal Club Siauliai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zigmas Boruta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zigmas Boruta made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Zigmas Boruta notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas. Dangiras Labuckas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dangiras Labuckas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simonas Šidlauskas in the 62nd minute of play. Royal Club Siauliai's Svajūnas Petronis got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efraim Morais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daugirdas Burneika, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A collision led to Royal Club Siauliai getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Vygandas Gasiūnas hit a great ball. After 71st play minutes Simonas Šidlauskas shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Dangiras Labuckas and just under the crossbar into goal. Vismantas Minkevičius hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Royal Club Siauliai's Dangiras Labuckas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Royal Club Siauliai from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Zigmas Boruta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dangiras Labuckas. The goal made the score 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Royal Club Siauliai's zone, Zigmas Boruta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dangiras Labuckas came out of the goal and Zigmas Boruta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC KOMETA's Eliseo Aznaro was substituted for Žygimantas Laivys. FC KOMETA's Haroldas Dauskurdas was substituted for Emilis Petrulis. A collision led to Royal Club Siauliai getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Daugirdas Burneika hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Žydrūnas Deniušis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the game, FC KOMETA's Regimantas Pažarauskas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dangiras Labuckas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Eduardas Ginevičius was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
