The supporters of FC Scuderia Ferrari booed when Royal Club Siauliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Žydrūnas Deniušis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ričardas Karalius charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ričardas Karalius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ričardas Karalius hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, FC Scuderia Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Daugirdas Burneika came free, but Benjaminas Eigirdas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabrielius Juknevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Deividas Butkus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daugirdas Burneika in the 23rd minute of the match. Deividas Butkus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dangiras Labuckas having to interfere. Dangiras Labuckas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deividas Butkus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabrielius Juknevičius struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Dangiras Labuckas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Scuderia Ferrari. In the 39th minute Eleazar Vial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dangiras Labuckas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, FC Scuderia Ferrari's Gabrielius Juknevičius made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dangiras Labuckas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the match, Royal Club Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Deividas Butkus came free, but Dangiras Labuckas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deividas Butkus struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Dangiras Labuckas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Scuderia Ferrari. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Daugirdas Burneika made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Gabrielius Juknevičius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Scuderia Ferrari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabrielius Juknevičius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deividas Butkus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dangiras Labuckas having to make a save. Eleazar Vial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjaminas Eigirdas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daugirdas Burneika in the 67th minute of the match. Vismantas Minkevičius hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes, Juozas Marčiauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Royal Club Siauliai and the FC Scuderia Ferrari players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Scuderia Ferrari's Arvydas Novikovas was substituted for Deividas Butkus. After 78 played minutes Royal Club Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Juozas Marčiauskas. A sloppy throw-in by Žydrūnas Deniušis in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Scuderia Ferrari's Ričardas Karalius. The FC Scuderia Ferrari supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Scuderia Ferrari would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
