Spectators: 9225 (Terracing: 6920, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 183) LFK Spyris's Aldas Alvinskas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Aldas Alvinskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gersi Snabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Tomas Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harsh Gods fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 9th minute, Tomas Lain made a precise shot to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius. LFK Spyris's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 11 minutes into the match, Tomas Lain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Konstantinas Malevičius, 3-0. Gersi Snabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilijus Zabulis in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, LFK Spyris's goalkeeper Konstantinas Malevičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jogaila Makauskas. After some careless play in the Harsh Gods defense, Virgilijus Zabulis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gersi Snabe. The Harsh Gods fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gersi Snabe should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind LFK Spyris's goalkeeper Konstantinas Malevičius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 24 played minutes Jogaila Makauskas rounded LFK Spyris's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. If Tomas Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes, Tomas Lain made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. LFK Spyris's Konstantinas Malevičius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Virgilijus Zabulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gersi Snabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gersi Snabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giedrius Domeika, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With an all-out effort, Harsh Gods's Konstantinas Malevičius threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Lain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by LFK Spyris's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roberto Carlos was slow to take the kick. During this time Harsh Gods's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Harsh Gods's Roberto Carlos to fire away a dangerous shot which Konstantinas Malevičius despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldas Alvinskas in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gersi Snabe saved Harsh Gods from getting behind. When Arminas Ambrazas came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the LFK Spyris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arminas Ambrazas couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Lain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jogaila Makauskas in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konstantinas Malevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 52 minutes of play, Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstantinas Malevičius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aldas Alvinskas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gersi Snabe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Harsh Gods's goal looked a bit too open when Vytaras Želvys came free, but Gersi Snabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, LFK Spyris's Arnoldas Andužis got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilijus Zabulis in the 68th minute of play forced Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Jogaila Makauskas made a precise shot to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius. LFK Spyris's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. After 74 played minutes LFK Spyris got a freekick which was hit by Giedrius Domeika. When Vytaras Želvys came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the LFK Spyris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vytaras Želvys couldn't finish the play. Aldas Alvinskas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Gersi Snabe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Lain got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Konstantinas Malevičius quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Harsh Gods were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after LFK Spyris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Carlos took the corner. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Jogaila Makauskas sped through LFK Spyris's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius. LFK Spyris's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Harsh Gods had won, even though LFK Spyris had held more of the ball.
