Paulius Margelis hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Martynas Vadišius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinaras Dackus in the 38th minute of the match. Martynas Vadišius came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Aleksotas FK's Rytis Lazdauskas. But to his dismay, Rytis Lazdauskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Konstantinas Daubaras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but A.J. 杜义俊 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. With 47 minutes on the clock, Adas Dulskis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Azytenai:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aleksotas FK:s goal. The referee gave Aleksotas FK a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hugo Haedelt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Azytenai's Martynas Vadišius. 0-5.

Azytenai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aleksotas FK the free kick. In the 59th minute, Konstantinas Daubaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Azytenai's Martynas Vadišius got control of the ball when Rytis Lazdauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 played minutes Azytenai got a freekick which was hit by Miglius Gaižauskas. After 72 played minutes Azytenai got a freekick which was hit by Arvydas Sabonis. When Vilmantas Norutis came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Aleksotas FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilmantas Norutis couldn't finish the play. Dinaras Dackus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martynas Vadišius having to interfere. After some careless play in the Azytenai defense, Hugo Haedelt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martynas Vadišius. The Azytenai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martynas Vadišius should have stopped the shot. Azytenai's Martynas Vadišius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Azytenai from getting a goal against them. Aldas Pažarauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldas Pažarauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle sounded Aleksotas FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Azytenai.
