Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Petras Janauskas kicked off to start the match. Petras Janauskas scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 6 minutes into the game, Ramūnas Steponaitis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sipeliai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kandys the free kick. 9 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Kandys's Petras Janauskas fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 0-2 became the score in the 12th minute when Petras Janauskas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match Ricardinho Junior shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Sipeliai defense, Petras Janauskas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis. The Sipeliai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daugirdas Kurtinaitis should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Redas Elijošius made a precise shot to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis. Sipeliai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Petras Janauskas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daugirdas Kurtinaitis having to make a save. The Kandys fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Kandys's Redas Elijošius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Petras Janauskas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Daugirdas Kurtinaitis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kandys. Daugirdas Kurtinaitis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petras Janauskas's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Sipeliai got a freekick which was hit by Ramūnas Steponaitis. In the 35th minute, Redas Elijošius made a precise shot to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis. Sipeliai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Daugirdas Kurtinaitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redas Elijošius in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Sipeliai's goal looked a bit too open when Petras Janauskas came free, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Redas Elijošius in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daugirdas Kurtinaitis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sipeliai's Daugirdas Kurtinaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Redas Elijošius in the 43rd minute of play. When Raimundas Šileika fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sipeliai's protests and gave Raimundas Šileika a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kandys booed when Sipeliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundas Šileika didn't get a good kick on the ball. Redas Elijošius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaidotas Raubickas made a kick off. Redas Elijošius in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Kandys's Petras Janauskas in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sipeliai's goalie prevented a goal. When Kandys's Petras Janauskas in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sipeliai's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Kandys's Daugirdas Kurtinaitis threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Petras Janauskas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Daugirdas Kurtinaitis came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Kandys's Petras Janauskas. But to his dismay, Petras Janauskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. 72 minutes into the match, Sipeliai's goal looked a bit too open when Petras Janauskas came free, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kandys booed when Sipeliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramūnas Steponaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Redas Elijošius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With his leg Daugirdas Kurtinaitis managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Kandys's Redas Elijošius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Redas Elijošius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis made a huge save. Kandys's Petras Janauskas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Vydas Matonis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. When Kandys's Petras Janauskas in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sipeliai's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Petras Janauskas sped through Sipeliai's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daugirdas Kurtinaitis. In the 92nd minute, Kandys's Petras Janauskas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. After 95 played minutes, Kandys's Ricardinho Junior shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daugirdas Kurtinaitis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kandys reached it. Kandys played a much better game than Sipeliai and deserved their victory. The Sipeliai players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
