After a rather tough play, Kandys's Redas Elijošius got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 3 minutes into the match, Kandys's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo de Sousa came free, but Aurelijus Kšanavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adil Oğuzhan kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Adelino Gaúcho was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of FC Tosca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kandys:s goal. Lenny Hoarau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, FC Tosca's goal looked a bit too open when Lenny Hoarau came free, but Egidijus Dičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kandys fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Kandys's Petras Janauskas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Egidijus Dičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petras Janauskas in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Kandys were awarded a corner. Mindaugas Melekša went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Vydas Matonis heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to Kandys getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Petras Janauskas hit a great ball. Egidijus Dičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Hoarau, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 32 minutes of play, Kandys's Mindaugas Melekša made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egidijus Dičius was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FC Tosca's Pranas Damijonas got a free kick in the 37th minute. Kandys's Aurelijus Kšanavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo de Sousa in the 39th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Redas Elijošius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egidijus Dičius was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Lenny Hoarau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Egidijus Dičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Egidijus Dičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petras Janauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renatas Bandorius hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reinaldo de Sousa was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, FC Tosca's Egidijus Dičius got control of the ball when Vydas Matonis tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Tosca's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vydas Matonis 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. In the 57thth minute of the game Petras Janauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Tosca's Egidijus Dičius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egidijus Dičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petras Janauskas went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Petras Janauskas might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egidijus Dičius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petras Janauskas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th minute, Lenny Hoarau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egidijus Dičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 69 minutes into the match, FC Tosca's goalkeeper Egidijus Dičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lenny Hoarau. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Tosca! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Kandys. Mindaugas Melekša stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Egidijus Dičius. 0-9. In the 75th minute, Petras Janauskas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 77th minute, Kandys's Vydas Matonis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Egidijus Dičius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lenny Hoarau in the 85th minute. Vydas Matonis came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Egidijus Dičius could save by the left post. 92 minutes into the match, FC Tosca's goalkeeper Egidijus Dičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vydas Matonis. If Petras Janauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
