The audience thought a goal was coming when Moneer Touffah got free with Ziyad Alhusain in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Hitchin AFC's Moneer Touffah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ziyad Alhusain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Salhat Haddad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ziyad Alhusain. Club Deportivo Rachaya's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ziyad Alhusain was a little too slow when Fawzi Daabas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. Fawzi Hamid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tareq Ghazwan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hitchin AFC defense, Saad Al Harith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tareq Ghazwan. The Hitchin AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tareq Ghazwan should have stopped the shot. Saad Al Harith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tareq Ghazwan having to interfere. Ziyad Alhusain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fawzi Daabas in the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Rachaya's goal looked a bit too open when Fawzi Daabas came free, but Ziyad Alhusain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saad Al Harith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tareq Ghazwan having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Club Deportivo Rachaya's Fawzi Hamid nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moneer Touffah in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ziyad Alhusain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 played minutes Club Deportivo Rachaya got a freekick which was hit by Aboud Zafir. Moneer Touffah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziyad Alhusain having to interfere. Ziyad Alhusain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fawzi Daabas went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Deportivo Rachaya fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! If Moneer Touffah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fawzi Daabas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes, Jamil Muwaffaq mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo Rachaya and the Hitchin AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The corner ended in Amir Maalem almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hitchin AFC's Tareq Ghazwan did a great save. 97 minutes into the game, Moneer Touffah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Ziyad Alhusain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
