Farhan Basim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bashar Touffah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Tawfiq in the 34th minute of the match. Faruq Sheikh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilyas Fakhro having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Tatsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Salim Abdul Baqi came free, but Bashar Touffah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes, Kamel Tawfiq made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tatsfield's Bashar Touffah tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kamel Tawfiq in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bashar Touffah saved Tatsfield from getting behind. Bashar Touffah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salim Abdul Baqi in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Chester-le-Street FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faruq Sheikh to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute, Salim Abdul Baqi made a precise shot to the right of Bashar Touffah. Tatsfield's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Chester-le-Street FC's Ilyas Fakhro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farhan Basim in the 67th minute of play. Tatsfield's Bashar Touffah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Tatsfield from getting a goal against them. Salim Abdul Baqi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bashar Touffah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salim Abdul Baqi in the 76th minute of play forced Tatsfield's goalkeeper Bashar Touffah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bashar Touffah made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Abdul Majid Husam sent off a good shot on target. Jabbar Taslim kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Chester-le-Street FC's Isa Yasem tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fawaz Abdul Karim during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89thth minute of the game Salim Abdul Baqi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tatsfield's Bashar Touffah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salim Abdul Baqi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Tatsfield got a freekick which was hit by Tawfiq Ajram. After a defensive mix-up in Tatsfield's zone, Salim Abdul Baqi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bashar Touffah came out of the goal and Salim Abdul Baqi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Salim Abdul Baqi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bashar Touffah was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 97th minute, Chester-le-Street FC's Salim Abdul Baqi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bashar Touffah. Bashar Touffah yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Chester-le-Street FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tatsfield.
