Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Talib Ghanim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nour al Din Abou Zaki in the 3rd minute of play. Hitchin's Masoud Abdul Qadir got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Norbury United's Uthman Sabeeh got a free kick in the 5th minute. Masoud Abdul Qadir hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Nazim Maalem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Talib Ghanim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hassan Abou Fakr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Talib Ghanim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Talib Ghanim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hassan Abou Fakr in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Hitchin getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Amir Mumtaz hit a great ball. After 25 played minutes Norbury United got a freekick which was hit by Nazim Maalem. Talib Ghanim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nour al Din Abou Zaki in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Qazim Qudamah notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Norbury United's Habib Al Harith. Habib Al Harith was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Habib Al Harith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anwar Ghanim in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Norbury United's goal looked a bit too open when Qazim Qudamah came free, but Habib Al Harith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes, Uthman Sabeeh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norbury United and the Hitchin players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 36 played minutes Norbury United got a freekick which was hit by Uthman Sabeeh. Qazim Qudamah kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Talib Ghanim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazim Maalem, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Habib Al Harith made an important save on a dangerous shot by Masoud Abdul Qadir in the 41st minute. With 41 minutes on the clock, Yousef Benjaro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hitchin's goalkeeper Talib Ghanim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Hassan Abou Fakr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talib Ghanim having to interfere. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Qazim Qudamah sped through Norbury United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Habib Al Harith. In the 67th minute, Nour al Din Abou Zaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hassan Abou Fakr got free with Talib Ghanim in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Qazim Qudamah scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Habib Al Harith, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Norbury United's goalkeeper Habib Al Harith, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norbury United's Habib Al Harith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Masoud Abdul Qadir in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Hassan Abou Fakr could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Talib Ghanim however easily saved by the left post. Mahdi Fawaz's late challenge caught a Hitchin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Hitchin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qazim Qudamah to maneuver through the defense. Hitchin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Norbury United for a fine match.
