Hamad Muwaffaq had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Qazim Muzzammil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 11th minute, Qazim Muzzammil made a precise shot to the right of Hamad Muwaffaq. Croydon AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Nouh Ramiz came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Calne City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nouh Ramiz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Croydon AFC's Yaman Imad got a free kick in the 15th minute. Fouad Malik scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yaser Zafir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hamad Muwaffaq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nouh Ramiz in the 40th minute of play. Hamad Muwaffaq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahir Nijad in the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a little luck, Croydon AFC's Hamad Muwaffaq got control of the ball when Abbas Mamdouh tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Hamzah Sariyah came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Calne City fans jumped to their feet. Croydon AFC's Hamad Muwaffaq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nour al Din Abdul Basir in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the Calne City defense, Fouad Malik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yaser Zafir. The Calne City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yaser Zafir should have stopped the shot. Croydon AFC's Hamad Muwaffaq proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Croydon AFC from getting a goal against them. Ayoub Tayyib took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yaser Zafir. Yaser Zafir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of Croydon AFC booed when Calne City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Halim Romad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Qazim Muzzammil kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Calne City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jabbar Al Safi to maneuver through the defense. Yaser Zafir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fouad Malik, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Croydon AFC's Moneer Aziz got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to Calne City getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ashraf Abou Fayouz hit a great ball. Calne City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Croydon AFC had won, even though Calne City had held more of the ball.
