All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 55th play minutes Osama Al Qattamy shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Hamad Al Gareb and just under the crossbar into goal. Gibrel Shamsah charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gibrel Shamsah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Osama Al Qattamy from a close distance when the talented Hamad Al Gareb managed to make a qualified save. Fletching FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osama Al Qattamy in the 81st minute of play forced Fletching FC's goalkeeper Hamad Al Gareb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Pittsburgh Steelers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bashar Al Khobaize to maneuver through the defense.
