The supporters of Kuwait SC booed when Shabab Alahli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mosaed Al Sherazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Ayoob Al Homaithe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalaf Al Bloshi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar had several of the Kuwait SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Luai Al Banai as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Luai Al Banai managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 13 minutes into the match, Shabab Alahli's goal looked a bit too open when Ayoob Al Homaithe came free, but Khalaf Al Bloshi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kuwait SC's goalie prevented a goal. Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 28 played minutes Kuwait SC got a freekick which was hit by Osama Al Azmi. Shabab Alahli's Sajid Al Hashash shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Luai Al Banai but with some difficulty. When Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kuwait SC's goalie prevented a goal. Luai Al Banai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 37th minute of the match. Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar managed to work through Kuwait SC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luai Al Banai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ayoob Al Homaithe to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mosaed Al Sherazi during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mosaed Al Sherazi hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Ayoob Al Homaithe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kuwait SC's Luai Al Banai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Faris Al Besher struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Luai Al Banai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shabab Alahli. 63 minutes into the match, Kuwait SC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar came free, but Luai Al Banai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shabab Alahli were furious when Hashem Al Enzi was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 68 minutes into the match, Shabab Alahli's Ghazi Bahroh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luai Al Banai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Khalaf Al Bloshi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seraj Al Towatan in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Seraj Al Towatan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kuwait SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Seraj Al Towatan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khalaf Al Bloshi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ghazi Bahroh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Luai Al Banai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Shabab Alahli got a freekick which was hit by Faris Al Besher. Sajid Al Hashash kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Kuwait SC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Hakem Boften hit a great ball. Luai Al Banai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ghazi Bahroh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luai Al Banai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ghazi Bahroh went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Shabab Alahli fully deserved thier win.
