Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Khalaf Al Bloshi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naem Al Enzi in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 minutes Shabab Alahli's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sobah Al Sharaf who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Eastfield's Bassam Shams getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Khalaf Al Bloshi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naem Al Enzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eastfield's Naem Al Enzi in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shabab Alahli's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Eastfield's Hassan Al Balool got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bassam Shams in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khalaf Al Bloshi saved Shabab Alahli from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Eastfield's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Hindi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar. Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bassam Shams in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Eastfield booed when Shabab Alahli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faris Al Besher didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes Shabab Alahli got a freekick which was hit by Faris Al Besher. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Mosa Al Sharah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eastfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Mosa Al Sharah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khalaf Al Bloshi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Eastfield's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar came free, but Nawaf Al Hindi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalaf Al Bloshi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bassam Shams in the 32nd minute of the match. Nawaf Al Hindi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Eastfield's Nawaf Al Hindi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Naem Al Enzi in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khalaf Al Bloshi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalaf Al Bloshi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naem Al Enzi in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Naem Al Enzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eastfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Naem Al Enzi to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Eastfield's zone, Faris Al Besher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nawaf Al Hindi came out of the goal and Faris Al Besher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 52nd minute of play forced Eastfield's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Hindi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khalaf Al Bloshi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naem Al Enzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Eastfield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sobah Al Sharaf in the 59th minute. Eastfield's Sobah Al Sharaf was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Khalaf Al Bloshi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar scored 1-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nawaf Al Hindi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nawaf Al Hindi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faris Al Besher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nawaf Al Hindi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 73rd minute of the match. If Bassam Shams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nawaf Al Hindi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sayer Al Attar hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Sobah Al Sharaf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eastfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sobah Al Sharaf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 85th minute of play forced Eastfield's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Hindi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Eastfield fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Eastfield's Naem Al Enzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 92nd minute of play forced Eastfield's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Hindi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eastfield's Naem Al Enzi got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Eastfield supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eastfield would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
