Kiran Damji Pattni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dennis Koech made a huge save. Arsenal's Dennis Koech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Arsenal's Kevin Wambua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noah Kariuki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Paris Saint German's zone, Mike Mwencha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noah Kariuki came out of the goal and Mike Mwencha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Paris Saint German was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Omosh to maneuver through the defense. Noah Kariuki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kevin Wambua went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 31 minutes in the game, Kiran Damji Pattni fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dennis Koech having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Kibak Muchoki fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 37th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Kosgei to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Paris Saint German's Kimani Wangila broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kevin Wambua took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noah Kariuki. Noah Kariuki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, Paris Saint German's Kibak Muchoki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Koech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kibak Muchoki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dennis Koech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Dennis Koech didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kibak Muchoki went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Kibak Muchoki came free, but Dennis Koech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Wambua struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Noah Kariuki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. The Paris Saint German fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Pius Ogot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Noah Kariuki came out and tried to block the shot, but Pius Ogot slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 82nd minute. If Kiran Damji Pattni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
