Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel Oduor kicked off to start the match. Jefferson Chege received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Musa Muhoho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Musa Muhoho came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Fletching's Jefferson Chege. But to his dismay, Jefferson Chege quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Rotherham's Francis Waroo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Njuguna Leakey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 10 played minutes Samuel Oduor rounded Rotherham's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 12th minute, Jefferson Chege ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Musa Muhoho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Francis Waroo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evans Loroupe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Njuguna Leakey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Njuguna Leakey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francis Waroo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Musa Muhoho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Oduor, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Evans Loroupe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Njuguna Leakey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Musa Muhoho managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Fletching's Jefferson Chege fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 34 minutes into the game, Josephat Ngeny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fletching's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rotherham the free kick. A collision led to Fletching getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Josephat Ngeny hit a great ball. Musa Muhoho made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Jefferson Chege sent off a good shot on target. If Samuel Oduor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fletching's zone, Evans Loroupe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Njuguna Leakey came out of the goal and Evans Loroupe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 minutes, Evans Loroupe made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Fletching's Njuguna Leakey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evans Loroupe to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evans Loroupe in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Njuguna Leakey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the game, Oburu Damji Pattni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rotherham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fletching the free kick. A collision led to Rotherham getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Oburu Damji Pattni hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evans Loroupe in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Njuguna Leakey saved Fletching from getting behind. Francis Waroo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Njuguna Leakey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Chege in the 70th minute of play forced Rotherham's goalkeeper Musa Muhoho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Chege received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Musa Muhoho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Musa Muhoho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Chege in the 74th minute of the match. Musa Muhoho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Chege, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Samuel Oduor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Musa Muhoho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oburu Damji Pattni got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Oburu Damji Pattni hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Njuguna Leakey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francis Waroo in the 91st minute. Jefferson Chege's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Musa Muhoho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Fletching's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
