When Billy Waheto came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sofapaka Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Waheto couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sofapaka Football Club's William Wanjohi got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 31st minute Felix Popârcea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Omar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Sofapaka Football Club's Felix Popârcea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Omar. David Omar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Philip Ntalami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. David Omar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Popârcea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Popârcea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Omar having to make a save. David Omar was a little too slow when Philip Ntalami got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-8.
