Cyrus Israel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kimutai Akida having to interfere. Kimutai Akida was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Kosgei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. Kimutai Akida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Kosgei in the 28th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Cyrus Israel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackheath fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Kosgei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Philip Ereng took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Yobes Wambua to make any attempt to save it. Kimutai Akida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Kosgei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yobes Wambua was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Philip Ereng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Philip Ereng really showed his touch with that goal: 3-5. Cyrus Israel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kimutai Akida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Robert Kosgei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kosgei in the 76th minute of play forced Manchester town's goalkeeper Kimutai Akida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyrus Israel might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kimutai Akida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyrus Israel ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Kosgei in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kimutai Akida saved Manchester town from getting behind. Cyrus Israel scored 5-5 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kimutai Akida, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
