Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Titus Wangeci took the kick off in the first half of the match. John Oloo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Kiptanui in the 5th minute of the match. John Oloo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mekatilili Waheto's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 7 minutes in the game Paul Onyango did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Titus Wangeci. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Wilson Rono got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 9th minute, Moses Gichuki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. panthera nix's Mo Njoroge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save panthera nix from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Kipchoge Odeke threw the ball into play from the sideline. panthera nix's Kalonzo Ongao quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as RICHARD's Wilson Rono slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mo Njoroge. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. After some careless play in the panthera nix defense, Mwangi Mutuli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mo Njoroge. The panthera nix fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mo Njoroge should have stopped the shot. Mo Njoroge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Rono in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Kiptanui in the 32nd minute of play forced RICHARD's goalkeeper John Oloo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Nekesa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute of the game Kipchoge Odeke made a throw-in which Mwangi Mutuli played forward. Mwangi Mutuli was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mwangi Mutuli took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mo Njoroge. Mo Njoroge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. RICHARD's Wilson Rono got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mekatilili Waheto to make the kick off. The throw-in from George Owino in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by panthera nix's Dan Ntalami. A hard shot by Dan Ntalami from long distance, 52 minutes into the match, got John Oloo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 58th minute Mwangi Mutuli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mo Njoroge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titus Wangeci in the 59th minute of play forced panthera nix's goalkeeper Mo Njoroge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Lucas Kiptanui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the panthera nix and the RICHARD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucas Kiptanui kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Lucas Kiptanui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. John Oloo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mo Njoroge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Wangeci in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Moses Gichuki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dan Ntalami hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Mo Njoroge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Rono in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Titus Wangeci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mo Njoroge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kipchoge Odeke kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Lucas Kiptanui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mekatilili Waheto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. John Oloo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Rono in the 88th minute of play forced panthera nix's goalkeeper Mo Njoroge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mo Njoroge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Rono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the panthera nix players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RICHARD.
