In the 35th minute David Pinches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfred Waheto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kagai Oduor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Patrick Chemjor came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the sofapaka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Chemjor couldn't finish the play. If Kevin Nduro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilson Mbindyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oginga Birir came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Timsbury's Wilson Mbindyo. But to his dismay, Wilson Mbindyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. After 68th play minutes Patrick Chemjor shot 2-5, a short shot which went by Wilfred Waheto and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 71st minute, Kevin Nduro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Timsbury's zone, Kagai Oduor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfred Waheto came out of the goal and Kagai Oduor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute Kagai Oduor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfred Waheto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Timsbury's Wilfred Waheto got control of the ball when Patrick Chemjor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Patrick Chemjor hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Patrick Chemjor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded sofapaka left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Timsbury.
