Francis Kipsos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kibak Kevoo charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kibak Kevoo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, East Dulwich's Kibak Kevoo got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Titus Kiprop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All Starss Top's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave East Dulwich the free kick. In the 29th minute, Agnaldo Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Oduor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 33 minutes, Evans Muttendago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Dulwich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evans Muttendago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tibúrcio Massa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Oduor was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Ibrahim Kamoto charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ibrahim Kamoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Dan Oduor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tibúrcio Massa in the 82nd minute. Vincent Birir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Oduor having to make a save. When Tibúrcio Massa came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the All Starss Top fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tibúrcio Massa couldn't finish the play. If Vincent Birir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. East Dulwich's Dan Oduor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save East Dulwich from getting a goal against them. Tibúrcio Massa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Oduor came out and tried to block the shot, but Tibúrcio Massa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 89th minute. Tibúrcio Massa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Dan Oduor made a huge save. After having played for 95 minutes, Joshua Ngigi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Dulwich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joshua Ngigi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over All Starss Top could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than East Dulwich throughout the match.
