Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Stephen Ouko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Origi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephen Ouko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Origi having to interfere. Clitheroe's Wilson Kipsang couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Whitton. Mohammed Odeke kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Whitton's keeper John Origi was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Stephen Ouko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. John Origi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Whitton's Jehovah Bilali got a free kick in the 19th minute. Wilson Kipsang hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. John Mudavadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kipchoge Wambua, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. John Origi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephen Ouko in the 23rd minute of the match. Fredrick Israel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the game, Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clitheroe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Whitton the free kick. A collision led to Clitheroe getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Stephen Ouko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Fredrick Israel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Mudavadi. Clitheroe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredrick Israel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

In the 71stth minute of the game Mohammed Odeke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Whitton's John Origi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stephen Ouko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Whitton's John Origi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Ouko in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Mohammed Odeke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Stephen Ouko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clitheroe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mohammed Odeke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John Origi having to make a save. Stephen Ouko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Origi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. With a little luck, Clitheroe's John Mudavadi got control of the ball when Douglas Waroo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
