Seating: 2118, VIP seats: 183) Benjamin Kimutai Rop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Omosh having to interfere. Mahmoud Kipsang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Okoth's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, St Ives FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Muhoho to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Joseph Rono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, George Okoth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mahmoud Kipsang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peter Oundo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mahmoud Kipsang. Mahmoud Kipsang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mahmoud Kipsang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the match, St Ives FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Oloo came free, but Mahmoud Kipsang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Dan Oloo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mahmoud Kipsang. The goal made the score 0-4. Mahmoud Kipsang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Okoth in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute George Okoth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahmoud Kipsang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rugeley walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
