Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Malcolm Murunga made the kick off and thus started the match. 9 minutes into the match, Mohammed Odeke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Kagai Java. FC Jasolohna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohammed Odeke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 13th minute Stephen Ouko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Kagai Java saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, FC Jasolohna's Silvano Mwaura seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Silvano Mwaura the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Jasolohna protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Silvano Mwaura had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. David Kagai Java showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Ondieki in the 19th minute of the match. David Kagai Java made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Ouko in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Jasolohna's goalkeeper David Kagai Java to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau scored 5-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Kagai Java, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peter Sulumeti hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Wilson Kipsang came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Clitheroe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Kipsang couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FC Jasolohna getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Mohammed Limo hit a great ball. FC Jasolohna's David Kagai Java played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Ouko in the 44th minute of play. Malcolm Murunga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stephen Ouko to make the kick off. George Munji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. John Mudavadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stephen Ouko scored 6-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Kagai Java, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mohammed Odeke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Kagai Java didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stephen Ouko went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. David Kagai Java took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Ondieki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Mudavadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Murunga, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. FC Jasolohna's Zablon Kosgei got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohammed Odeke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Kagai Java showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephen Ouko, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Stephen Ouko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Kagai Java saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Malcolm Murunga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Kagai Java made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Mohammed Odeke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Jasolohna's David Kagai Java played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Ouko in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Ouko in the 79th minute of play forced FC Jasolohna's goalkeeper David Kagai Java to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, George Munji got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, FC Jasolohna's goal looked a bit too open when Mohammed Odeke came free, but David Kagai Java reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg John Mudavadi managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when FC Jasolohna's Malcolm Murunga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 89th minute, Mohammed Odeke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clitheroe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. David Kagai Java showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Ondieki, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ngũgĩ wa Nyamau in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Jasolohna's goalkeeper David Kagai Java to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Clitheroe players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
