George Ngigi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Paul Keter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. REAL KÊNIA♣'s Nico Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moses Ogot in the 27th minute of play. Remco Driel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Zecman in the 32nd minute of play. REAL KÊNIA♣'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wilson Chuma Akinyi in the 33rd minute. A collision led to Liverpool KN getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Thomas Leakey hit a great ball. Kimutai Mwaura's late challenge caught a REAL KÊNIA♣'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kimutai Mwaura helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of REAL KÊNIA♣ booed when Liverpool KN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kimutai Mwaura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remco Driel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kryspin Zecman's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The corner led REAL KÊNIA♣'s Wilson Chuma Akinyi to fire away a dangerous shot which Remco Driel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 64th minute, George Ngigi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to REAL KÊNIA♣ getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. In the 92nd minute, Eugeniusz Skaradoski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cyrus Otieno managed to get in a good position for a shot. REAL KÊNIA♣'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cyrus Otieno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remco Driel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
