After a defensive mix-up in Brighton's zone, Samson Kalekye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nashon Nekesa came out of the goal and Samson Kalekye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute Samson Kalekye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nashon Nekesa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nashon Nekesa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samson Kalekye's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Chelanga in the 23rd minute of play forced Brighton's goalkeeper Nashon Nekesa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nashon Nekesa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Israel in the 27th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Brighton's goal looked a bit too open when Samson Kalekye came free, but Nashon Nekesa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samson Kalekye made a kick off. Nashon Nekesa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The audience was convinced that Samson Kalekye's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nashon Nekesa was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 64 minutes into the match, Brighton's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Israel came free, but Nashon Nekesa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samson Kalekye struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Nashon Nekesa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Restaurante Salento. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Githongo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nashon Nekesa saved Brighton from getting behind. Nashon Nekesa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Githongo in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samson Kalekye in the 75th minute of play forced Brighton's goalkeeper Nashon Nekesa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Samson Kalekye notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Brighton's Nashon Nekesa. Nashon Nekesa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
