After a defensive mix-up in Dallas FC's zone, Fred Kariuki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evans Rono came out of the goal and Fred Kariuki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evans Rono having to interfere. When Annscroft's Fred Kariuki in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dallas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fred Kariuki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Evans Rono made a huge save. Fred Rutto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Evans Rono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Kariuki in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evans Rono saved Dallas FC from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Jonathan Onyii made a precise shot to the right of Evans Rono. Dallas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 21 minutes into the game, Fred Kariuki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Evans Rono was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fred Kariukis short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Evans Rono to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 25 minutes into the game, Fred Kariuki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Evans Rono was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Maurice Shikwati fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dallas FC's protests and gave Maurice Shikwati a yellow card for diving instead. Maurice Shikwati hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Abdallah Ali Maina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jackson Nduro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With his leg Evans Rono managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Annscroft's Fred Kariuki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fred Kariukis short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Evans Rono to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Ogembo Obala fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dallas FC's protests and gave Ogembo Obala a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute of the match Haroun Korir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evans Rono skillfully saved the ball. After 47 played minutes Dallas FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurice Shikwati.

In the 52nd minute, Fred Kariuki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evans Rono was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Fred Kariuki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Kariuki in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evans Rono saved Dallas FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Dallas FC defense, Fred Kariuki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evans Rono. The Dallas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evans Rono should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Fred Kariuki sped through Dallas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evans Rono. In the 74th minute, Fred Kariuki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Annscroft fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 80 minutes into the match, Annscroft's goal looked a bit too open when Jackson Nduro came free, but Abdallah Ali Maina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Martin Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Annscroft's Fred Kariuki in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dallas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fred Kariuki struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Evans Rono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Annscroft. Annscroft walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
