Spectators: 10000 (Terracing: 7500, Seating: 2300, VIP seats: 200) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dorival Sarmento kicked off to start the match. Peter Nyamau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Njoroge in the 15th minute of the match. Peter Nyamau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Njoroge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hurst Green's Peter Nyamau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Njoroge in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, David Nekesa made a precise shot to the right of Peter Nyamau. Hurst Green's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 27th minute, McDonald Leakey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peter Nyamau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Ceaușescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adah Keter to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Omar Njoroge reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Nyamau. The goal made the score 0-4. Peter Nyamau made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Dorival Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Hamunaptra's Daniel Ndereba got a free kick in the 57th minute. Peter Nyamau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolae Ceaușescu went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Peter Nyamau came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Hamunaptra's Dorival Sarmento. But to his dismay, Dorival Sarmento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 67 minutes into the game, Dorival Sarmento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Peter Nyamau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the match, Hurst Green's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Njoroge came free, but Peter Nyamau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute David Nekesa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Nyamau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Peter Nyamau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Peter Nyamau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Ceaușescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Hurst Green getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kipchoge Njoroge hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes FC Hamunaptra got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Sarmento. FC Hamunaptra's Dennis Komen pulled a muscle in his leg after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. FC Hamunaptra made a substitution. Raymond Osoro replaced Dennis Komen. Martin Chege hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. FC Hamunaptra's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
