When Karadeniz Oktan came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Mapaches fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karadeniz Oktan couldn't finish the play. John Alfie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sever Zeciu in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the FLASH FC defense, Karadeniz Oktan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Alfie. The FLASH FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Alfie should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Karadeniz Oktan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FLASH FC's John Alfie. After a rather tough play, FLASH FC's Clinton Kariuki got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Bwana Ndereba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mapaches getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ion Macri hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Sever Zeciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Alfie. FLASH FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sever Zeciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. John Alfie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Zeciu in the 60th minute of the match. Sever Zeciu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. John Alfie came out and tried to block the shot, but Sever Zeciu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 61st minute. John Alfie was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Antoni Zabrzeski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antoni Zabrzeski really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. John Alfie made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Antoni Zabrzeski sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the game, Karadeniz Oktan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of John Alfie. Karadeniz Oktan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. 85 minutes into the match, FLASH FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Billock came free, but John Alfie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FLASH FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Wilson Yiampoy hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Sever Zeciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Alfie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 played minutes FLASH FC got a freekick which was hit by Clinton Kariuki. After 90 played minutes Karadeniz Oktan rounded FLASH FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-13. John Alfie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antoni Zabrzeski in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mapaches's Karadeniz Oktan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of John Alfie. That made the score 0-14 after 94 minutes of play. Mapaches played a much better game than FLASH FC and deserved their victory. The FLASH FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
