Gregory Patten kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's goalkeeper Cody York had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnathon Beesley. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Den Mulford hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ollie Davey during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Phil Johnston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Cody York made a huge save. Phil Johnston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johnathon Beesley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cody York having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Oliver Harding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack Warburton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ollie Davey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Turner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Warburton having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ollie Davey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jack Warburton was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnathon Beesley made a kick off. Jack Warburton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ollie Davey's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Ollie Davey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Otley's Jack Warburton got control of the ball when Ivan Turner tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Otley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phil Johnston to maneuver through the defense. In the 70thth minute of the game Ollie Davey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otley's Jack Warburton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jack Warburton made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Silvester Knight sent off a good shot on target. Otley's Jack Warburton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ollie Davey in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Ollie Davey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 83 minutes into the game, Alex Newell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otley the free kick. Alex Newell hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Phil Johnston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Phil Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cody York came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Otley's Johnathon Beesley. But to his dismay, Johnathon Beesley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Jack Warburton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ollie Davey in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Ivan Turner got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jack Warburton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Turner in the 96th minute. When the match was over ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Otley throughout the match.
