Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ollie Davey started the match with the kick off. After 3rd play minutes Diogo Resende shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Cody York and just under the crossbar into goal. Christopher Lofthouse might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cody York. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christopher Lofthouse ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's zone, Diogo Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cody York came out of the goal and Diogo Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ defense, Kadri Şerafeddin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cody York. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cody York should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Newell during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Shabab Rafah booed when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Newell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Davey to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Christopher Lofthouse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cody York was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Shabab Rafah's Zeferino Matos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cody York. Cody York yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Diogo Resende took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cody York. Cody York dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Christopher Lofthouse's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Cody York skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Darren White's late challenge caught a Shabab Rafah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darren White helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Darren White hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's zone, Christopher Lofthouse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cody York came out of the goal and Christopher Lofthouse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cody York stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christopher Lofthouse's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Kadri Şerafeddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cody York having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christopher Lofthouse was the one to do the kick off. Cody York came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Shabab Rafah's Christopher Lofthouse. But to his dismay, Christopher Lofthouse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 60 minutes into the match, Christopher Lofthouse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cody York. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christopher Lofthouse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Lofthouse in the 64th minute of play forced ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's goalkeeper Cody York to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Resende's late challenge caught a ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diogo Resende helped the player get up and apologised. Diogo Resende kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Diogo Resende had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cody York. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diogo Resende was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Cody York showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Resende, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 87 minutes, Max Hibbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ and the Shabab Rafah players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Max Hibbert got a free kick in the 87th minute. Shabab Rafah's Sammy Cegielski was substituted for Kadri Şerafeddin. If Christopher Lofthouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cody York took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Lofthouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shabab Rafah walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
