But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kochav Azani couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Kochav Azani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stan Wolfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Laslo Menashe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Telem Swaythling during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of gojo2 booed when Maccabi Rosh Haayin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telem Swaythling didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kochav Azani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, gojo2's Moshe Shaiman got a free kick in the 16th minute. Roman Glazer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stan Wolfe having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Roman Glazer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the gojo2 and the Maccabi Rosh Haayin players grew even worse after the yellow card. 32 minutes into the match, gojo2's goalkeeper Oshri Elhadad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adniel Vadinor. After 32 played minutes gojo2 got a freekick which was hit by Moshe Shpigler. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adniel Vadinor in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oshri Elhadad saved gojo2 from getting behind. In the 38th minute Adniel Vadinor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oshri Elhadad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adniel Vadinor to make the kick off. Oshri Elhadad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adniel Vadinor, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. One of Maccabi Rosh Haayin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of gojo2:s goal. Stan Wolfe had in the 83rdth minute some difficulties stopping Kochav Azani's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 83 minutes into the game, gojo2's Kochav Azani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stan Wolfe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 87 minutes into the match, Adniel Vadinor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oshri Elhadad. gojo2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adniel Vadinor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Kochav Azani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Stan Wolfe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
