In the 19th minute Benayahu Katabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shallum Zemlinsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nate Feldman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. FC Nazerat's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, FC Nazerat's Ezekiel Barth got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to FC Nazerat getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ezekiel Barth hit a great ball. Rivai Duany received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Shallum Zemlinsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shallum Zemlinsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rivai Duany, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Benayahu Katabi put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Shallum Zemlinsky. After the first half FC Ilanya were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rivai Duany stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Shallum Zemlinsky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rivai Duany in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Rivai Duany who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Nazerat's Shallum Zemlinsky was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benayahu Katabi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Shallum Zemlinsky made a huge save. Jedaiah Katabi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Benayahu Katabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shallum Zemlinsky having to interfere.
