Zakkai Monti's late challenge caught a Maccabi United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zakkai Monti helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Maccabi United's zone, Choni Dalahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shachaf Nachman came out of the goal and Choni Dalahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shachaf Nachman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barachia Plotkin in the 19th minute of the match. If Barachia Plotkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barachia Plotkin in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shachaf Nachman saved Maccabi United from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Hosea Garon made a precise shot to the right of Shachaf Nachman. Maccabi United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amitti Janovski during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Maccabi United booed when Shluhot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amitti Janovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maccabi United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Maccabi United's goal looked a bit too open when Barachia Plotkin came free, but Shachaf Nachman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shachaf Nachman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hosea Garon went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hosea Garon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maccabi United's Shachaf Nachman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hosea Garon in the 74th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Hosea Garon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shachaf Nachman came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Shluhot's Barachia Plotkin. But to his dismay, Barachia Plotkin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.
