Hatserim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaziv the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Hatserim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Hazan to maneuver through the defense. Guri Tarratut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gershon Strickland in the 13th minute of play. If Henanya Cotton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Yaziv booed when Hatserim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rea Trachtenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gideon Tishler took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guri Tarratut. Hatserim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Henanya Cotton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benaya Rishon. Henanya Cotton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Henanya Cotton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benaya Rishon having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hatserim's zone, Adar Elie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guri Tarratut came out of the goal and Adar Elie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gershon Strickland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benzion Mahlkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henanya Cotton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute Benzion Mahlkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benaya Rishon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Henanya Cotton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hatserim's supporters rose to their feet, but Henanya Cotton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benaya Rishon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benaya Rishon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benzion Mahlkin in the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adar Elie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yaziv's Benaya Rishon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henanya Cotton in the 56th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Abner Bar-Menahem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hatserim's supporters rose to their feet, but Abner Bar-Menahem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benaya Rishon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvah Fenster's late challenge caught a Hatserim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvah Fenster helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yaziv getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Alvah Fenster hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Hatserim's Amran Zayyat got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute Ronel Cotton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guri Tarratut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute Henanya Cotton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benaya Rishon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adar Elie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henanya Cotton took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benaya Rishon. Benaya Rishon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 83 minutes into the game, Alex Hazan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benaya Rishon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronel Cotton's late challenge caught a Hatserim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benzion Mahlkin in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benaya Rishon saved Yaziv from getting behind.
