In the 10th minute, Ravi Matzlawi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tamuz Rosenstock was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Ashkelon Tigres's goal looked a bit too open when Abie Kutzer came free, but Tamuz Rosenstock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ravi Matzlawi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ashkelon Tigres's zone, Ravi Matzlawi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamuz Rosenstock came out of the goal and Ravi Matzlawi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tamuz Rosenstock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 31st minute, Ravi Matzlawi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tamuz Rosenstock was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ravi Matzlawi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Nathan Mandelstam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the game, Taiyibi's Abie Kutzer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tamuz Rosenstock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Able Hoss put in a rough tackle. Asarel Hazan placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Avisar Rifkind to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Taiyibi's Abie Kutzer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After a rather tough play, Ashkelon Tigres's Nathan Mandelstam got a free kick in the 61st minute. Tamuz Rosenstock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abie Kutzer's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Tamuz Rosenstock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abie Kutzer in the 66th minute of the match. Tamuz Rosenstock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niram Sheffer's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimmy Purian during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Abie Kutzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taiyibi's supporters rose to their feet, but Abie Kutzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamuz Rosenstock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abie Kutzer in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tamuz Rosenstock saved Ashkelon Tigres from getting behind. Abie Kutzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ashkelon Tigres fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Taiyibi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
