Avishag Kohn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samson Tedesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Princeton University's goalkeeper Samson Tedesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samson Tedesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Din Sonnenfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sarjunah supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Princeton University's performance. The match ended with a win for Princeton University.
