Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zeev Going got the match started through his kick off. When Avisar Rifkind came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Ashkelon Tigres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avisar Rifkind couldn't finish the play. Avisar Rifkind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Arnon Blyden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ashkelon Tigres getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Zeev Going hit a great ball. Arnon Blyden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeev Going, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Palti Dubnow got free with Tamuz Rosenstock in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ashkelon Tigres's Tamuz Rosenstock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abarron Hopert in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Terach Ben-Dahan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ashkelon Tigres and the Kannir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Terach Ben-Dahan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Kannir booed when Ashkelon Tigres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeke Avraham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ashkelon Tigres's Ram Ostfeld couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kannir. One of Kannir:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ashkelon Tigres:s goal. The referee gave Ashkelon Tigres a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ram Ostfeld, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kannir's Arnon Blyden. 0-1. In the 32nd minute, Zeev Going made a precise shot to the right of Arnon Blyden. Kannir's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 34 played minutes Ashkelon Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Jimmy Purian. Kannir's Arnon Blyden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeev Going in the 36th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Kannir got a freekick which was hit by Natan Garay. In the 44th minute, Zeev Going left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ashkelon Tigres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abarron Hopert made a kick off. Arnon Blyden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Purian in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ashkelon Tigres's Ram Ostfeld got a free kick in the 55th minute. Natan Garay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamuz Rosenstock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Palti Dubnow took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tamuz Rosenstock. Tamuz Rosenstock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Arnon Blyden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Avisar Rifkind in the 79th minute. Tamuz Rosenstock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abarron Hopert in the 81st minute of the match. Abarron Hopert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Tamuz Rosenstock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
