The Magen Isakov was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Yoash Vilners short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Magen Isakov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 16 minutes, Razi Naim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sifsufah and the Akir players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sifsufah getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Razi Naim hit a great ball. Yoash Vilner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Magen Isakov firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Zalmon Twitto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akir's supporters rose to their feet, but Zalmon Twitto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tzvika Haim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sifsufah's Tzvika Haim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zalmon Twitto in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Sifsufah's goal looked a bit too open when Zalmon Twitto came free, but Tzvika Haim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yoash Vilner might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magen Isakov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yoash Vilner ran back to his position shaking his head. Akbar Ron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Akir's goalkeeper Magen Isakov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yoash Vilner. In the 36th minute, Netzach Bashker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Yahav Alon fired a really elegant long shot, but Magen Isakov threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Gaby Huldai made the kick off in the second half. When Akbar Ron came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Sifsufah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akbar Ron couldn't finish the play. If Gaby Huldai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Akir's goal looked a bit too open when Yoash Vilner came free, but Magen Isakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Yoash Vilner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magen Isakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sifsufah's Razi Naim got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaby Huldai in the 74th minute of play forced Sifsufah's goalkeeper Tzvika Haim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Akir's Zalmon Twitto made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tzvika Haim was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Akir players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
