Ishmael Carmel kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yaron Claman in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doren Zafrani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Meir Israel came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the SC ASHKELON fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meir Israel couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Natan Agranat fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Yichya Shechter fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shorashim's protests and gave Yichya Shechter a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC ASHKELON booed when Shorashim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yichya Shechter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Shorashim got a freekick which was hit by Natan Agranat. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Yaron Claman put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Doren Zafrani. Avinoach Yosefi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Meir Israel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doren Zafrani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Yichya Shechter was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. Yichya Shechter kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Yaron Claman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shorashim's Doren Zafrani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Meir Israel struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Doren Zafrani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC ASHKELON. When Yavin Rochlin fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shorashim's protests and gave Yavin Rochlin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Yavin Rochlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Rivlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Doren Zafrani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half SC ASHKELON were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lemuel Bejar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Reuven Bruckheimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reuven Bruckheimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doren Zafrani having to interfere. Yaron Claman took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doren Zafrani. Doren Zafrani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Shorashim's Doren Zafrani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaron Claman in the 66th minute of play. Chaim Beracha hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. With his leg Doren Zafrani managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when SC ASHKELON's Yaron Claman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 72 in the game by Yaron Claman from a close distance when the talented Doren Zafrani managed to make a qualified save. Shorashim's players were relieved. Doren Zafrani didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SC ASHKELON's Meir Israel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. SC ASHKELON's Meir Israel got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Shorashim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaim Beracha to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 78 in the game by Yaron Claman from a close distance when the talented Doren Zafrani managed to make a qualified save. Shorashim's players were relieved. If Yaron Claman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shorashim's Doren Zafrani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Shorashim from getting a goal against them. Yaron Claman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Doren Zafrani made a huge save. Yaron Claman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Doren Zafrani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute Yaron Claman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doren Zafrani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Shorashim's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Reuven Bruckheimer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Shorashim's goalkeeper Doren Zafrani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yaron Claman.
