Kefrurieh's Paz Kappelman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartley Fridkin in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Oz Gold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Bartley Fridkin made a precise shot to the right of Paz Kappelman. Kefrurieh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oz Gold in the 30th minute of play forced FC Walter Benjamin's goalkeeper Nurya Schwartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Joash Hazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kefrurieh's supporters rose to their feet, but Joash Hazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nurya Schwartz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Tzabar Abudi made a precise shot to the right of Paz Kappelman. Kefrurieh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After the first half FC Walter Benjamin were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oz Gold to strike the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Walter Benjamin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Nurya Schwartz had in the 53rdth minute some difficulties stopping Orev Aryeh's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Oz Gold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Nurya Schwartz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nurya Schwartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joash Hazan in the 59th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes FC Walter Benjamin got a freekick which was hit by Jonah Hollman. Nurya Schwartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joash Hazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joash Hazan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Joash Hazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nurya Schwartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Walter Benjamin getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Armen Refaeli hit a great ball. Nurya Schwartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oz Gold in the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Kefrurieh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuvia Schatz to maneuver through the defense. Nurya Schwartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oz Gold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dov Fulda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paz Kappelman having to interfere.
