Doron Gerby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yoram Beckerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azariya Poriah having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Yoram Beckerman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caesarea's Azariya Poriah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yoram Beckerman might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azariya Poriah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yoram Beckerman ran back to his position shaking his head. Yariv Pynes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shlomo Hitt in the 48th minute. The Caesarea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ambatukam FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yaakov Emmerich to make the kick off. Zephania Tchuva made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ambatukam FC's Amiel Pasternak.
